Hello gorgeous mama to be! I absolutely loved working with Kristine to pick out this dress from Mama Bump Rentals! When Kristine and I first starting planning her maternity photoshoot, she knew she wanted three things- snow, big evergreen trees to go with the baby's nursery theme, and beautiful Colorado scenery! DONE! When I was envisioning the snow and trees, I immediately thought bright colored dress that would really pop and stand out against a winter wonderland! So, we came across this beauty! Kristine and Andrew who are expecting their first baby, came to visit Denver for their babymoon this past January! If you're local to the Denver area, you know that we don't see a whole lot of snow in the beginning of winter here, but more towards spring (I know, kinda crazy). But you also probably know our snow situation can be hit or miss! So planning for a snowy photoshoot of any kind, can be a tad bit challenging. You just never know if it'll be 70 and sunny, or a blizzard! OR if you're really lucky and travel all the way to Colorado from out of state, which has had zero snow for weeks, but then happens to snow a dusting the night before your session! Yep that's right, we were watching the weather radar like hawks this week! I had a few locations in mind just in case the snow hit one area and not the others, which is exactly what happened, and boy did we really luck out! So, we found the tiny patch of snow at this beautiful spot, and rolled with it! It ended up being totally perfect, and I think their winter maternity photos came out epic!
