Tina REALLY trusted my vision for her photoshoot with an "off the beaten path" location. And it turned out beautifully and just what I had in mind! When I first started chatting with Tina about her maternity photos, she told me that she had this boho maternity dress from Fillyboo. I.WAS.SO.EXCITED! I LOVE FILLYBOO DRESSES! I mean, how could you not?! They are so unique and so comfortable. I instantly had this vision of her in a woodsy setting with spring flowers. This little baby is due in the summer, so this scenery fits perfectly. Tina was totally down! I happened to find this location by accident years ago and I've only been able to bring a handful of clients here for a photoshoot. I can't understand why, because look at how gorgeous! BUT I also get it, a lot of Coloradans want mountain scenery. I can't blame them there either ;) My goal for 2020 is to get more couples or families to this beautiful spot! Especially in the spring or summer!

Tina and Taylor were so fun to photograph! You could clearly see how in love these two are, and how insanely happy they are to become parents to their little girl! We chatted through the entire photo session, learning so much about each other. They were down for anything I told them to do (nothing too crazy). On the very last set of photos before we finished up I said "Hey Tina, how would you feel about sitting in that patch of flowers?" She had no problem with it, and I'm SO GLAD because that's probably my favorite photo from the entire session! Woohoo just love when clients trust my vision and end up having so much fun during their photoshoot! It makes for such a great experience for all involved.

Pregnancy is one of my all time favorite sessions to photograph. Whether it be brand new parents welcoming their first baby, or parents with other little ones, I love the excitement and anticipation. I love documenting the connection between husband and wife before their new baby, and I love including other little kiddos in these sessions and really get them interacting with mom, dad and the baby bump!
