Brad and Jodie are that kind of couple that are super in love and super easy to connect with. Photographing them for their maternity photo's was a dream. By the end of their session I felt like we were good friends. Which is something I aim to do with all of my clients. I really enjoy getting to know each and every one of my couples and connect with them on a personal level. We had so much fun at this session. Despite the wind, it was actually a pretty nice and warm day. You'll see in a few of the photo's how windy it actually was this day, but nothing could stop these two from looking magical!

Echo Lake sits on Mount Evans road at 10,600 feet above sea level. It is no easy down the street location to get to. But it IS worth it, as you can probably see in these photo's. It is colder and windier than most locations I use, but the views do not disappoint. If you want snow for your winter session, this is the perfect location! I love how my clients trust me enough to suggest their photography locations for them, and how adventurous they are to be open to anything! Especially if you're pregnant. BA.

Let's talk about Jodie's stunning dress for a second. Holy moly I'm in love with it. It is so different from the maternity dresses that I see so often, and I tend to be drawn to the unique ones. She ordered this dress from Etsy and I'm really hoping I can get her in it again when I photograph this baby at their newborn session! How beautiful will that be?!

This will be Brad and Jodie's first baby and it's a boy! I am super excited for them because they are such awesome people, and I know they will be awesome parents! Jodie has just a few more weeks before this babe arrives, and I cannot wait to go to their home in Denver to photograph him when he finally makes his debut.
